RecommendedI have lived at Marquis Lofts for 4 years. Leasing office is seriously the nicest leasing office staff I have ever dealt with in 20 years of apartment living. Location is very convenient for just about any outing in Houston. Community is quiet and friendly. It feels like home. :)

Great location, staff is friendly and overall much improved. The prices are high for what you are getting, it's not really "luxury" any more, the units ALL need major updating, though they are finally making improvements to the property that were long overdue. Keep it up, getting better and better every month - individual apartments need major overhauls, updated appliances, lighting, bathroom, floors, esp to justify the price. They also could do more for long standing residents. Been here 5+ years now. Also wish they had a h... read more

One of the number one reasons we've decided to move here is simply because the staff. Period. Yes it's gorgeous and in a perfect location just moments away from downtown without all the downtown hoopla. Whoever, The staff made us feel at home and hadn't moved in yet. The manager was awesome and really thoughtful to our needs. For me, my decision was made mostly because of their courtesy and hospitality. If this is any indication how they treat tenants. We Are In!
Don’t let the beautiful geographical location fool you. I’ve lived at this property for 2.5 years and the lack of service/communication is astounding. You’ll receive zero human interaction from the staff. They have no personnel on property after hours so if you have an AC outage or another emergency over the weekend or after hours, trust me when I tell you that you will get no service. You can call the service maintenance line until you are purple in the face, but no one will act on it. You will not even receive status calls... read more
I had a wonderful experience calling this place home. The office staff is very helpful and the facility is always tidy. Great location.
Loved every minute living here. The location is just perfect. Close to downtown restaurants and park. There is a park right across the street. The staff is amazing. Derrick the manager is great. He is super nice, professional and personable. Very easy to talk to. Desmond is very very helpful and pleasant to work with. They care about their residents.
I can't say enough about how awesome it is to live here. When it brings you joy to walk into your management office, you know you're on to something special. The staff are amazing, the units are great, the neighbors we've met so far are all terrific and friendly, and it's a haven for dog lovers. :)
