I recently took one of my Hunter Douglas duet blinds that I had purchased many years ago to Marquis Design to be repaired. It was done perfectly and Hunter Douglas did it under warranty! Great experience with the team at Marquise Design – highly recommend! Our original HD vendor sold us the luminette that looked wrinkled and not straight. They managed to persuade us that this is the best looking luminette product they have seen installed and wrinkles will go away with time. Almost one year later the product still looked bad and eventually the motor stopped working. This time we decided to try another vendor to at least fix the motor problem.
