The staff here is absolutely amazing and super sweet! I love all the fun food trucks and events they host throughout the year. The July pool party was such a blast and one of my favorite memories thus far. The property is always super clean and well taken care of. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!
I absolutely love living in this neighborhood! The community is beautiful and the amenities make it even better. The pool is always so nice and well-kept, and the gym has everything I need for a great workout. I couldn’t be happier living here!
Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The roach problem is absolutely disgusting – I’ve seen roaches the size of a small sneaker. Appliances constantly break down every single month, and despite multiple complaints, nothing ever gets resolved. The water smells terrible, especially when showering, and even after bringing it up repeatedly, management has done nothing to fix it. We just moved in a week ago and everything has been AMAZING. Thank you to Tatiana and Ana for being extremely helpful, accommodating, and nothing but pleasant during this whole process. The unit is beautiful and very spacious, the amenities are such a great plus (TRASH VALET!). Pool is huge and gives a resort/vacation feel. Very pet/service animal friendly. So excited for our new home at Marquis!
The garbage wasn't picked up for 1 week in my whole building 4. Creating a cloud of flies in the hallways and bad smell. The flies were still there after the garbage was picked up and they weren't exterminated until we calles the office to let them know about the pest. I not have FLY BITES on my ankles that has been infected for 3 weeks. Thank you Marquis!
