RecommendedThis place just feels like home...any issues are promptly taken care of. Quite and peaceful, hardly ever even notice that there are neighbors. Office staff are number one and always treat people with respect and kindness (which now and days is very challenging to do so). Parking issues have been resolved and maintenance is prompt to fix any work orders. All and all best place we lived since moving to Katy.

RecommendedBest place to live by far in Katy. The office staff are amazing. Always some to talk to to help with your needs. The maintenance team is awesome turnaround time is quick. Lovely pool. Plus they have awesome giveaways prizes.

RecommendedMarquis at the Reserve has been our home for the past 18 months, and we just renewed our lease. The amenities are outstanding with a beautiful pool, fitness room, spa and so much more. The grounds are well taken care of, and the staff are amazing. Thank you Rachel, Rita and Edi for helping us call this place home.
