It's a place that is away from the city, which is key for myself and my boyfriend. We've enjoyed this complex and we looked at so many. Nine to be exact. The staff is wonderful and I love the fact that they inform all their tenants of what goes on in the complex. Best apartment complex to live in Katy! Staff and management are very professional and quickly resolve any issues in a prompt manner. From the gated community to the amazing amenities this place has to offer, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful homes! The property is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! Management goes out of their way to host many different events to get to know their residents and I appreciate it so so much! You guys rock keep up the good work!
We looked at 9 properties when deciding where to live and Marquis at the Reserve blew them all away! The floor plans, the staff, the amenities... can't be beat. We've been here over two months and it just keeps getting better. Maintenance quickly responds to requests and the events are awesome! I love calling Marquis home!
