Nastashia does a lot to make this community great! The food trucks are great and the sense of community is amazing here! Love the new manager!
I had a A/c issue at my unit not working on Saturday which is an emergency. Even though the office is open and I submitting two work orders there was no one to respond. The temperature is around 90. The emergency never connects to an agent. Ridiculously bad. This has been the second time for an emergency that I am contacting and getting no response. Everything being virtual is worst thing at this place.
Living at The Club at Riverchase Apartments was a very disappointing experience. The manager, Adriyana, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She never worked to resolve issues, only focused on collecting fines, and often replied with one-word emails like “yes,” “no,” or “ok.” During my pregnancy, there was no understanding or flexibility. When rent was suddenly raised from around $1,300 to $2,000, we were told to leave if we couldn’t pay. I just moved in and it was a very smooth transition and Natashia was very helpful and help me out so much.. we love our new home
I've been treated horribly.
