Not a great community to live with children. Though it is located in Coppell, it doesn't come under Coppell isd, so you don't choose this community for school district. Building is very week, even normal walking will create noise to people living in first floor. And management is very rude, they send you eviction notice for no fault of yours. The Cherrington family will like to shout out Adriana (manager) for being knowledgeable, supportive, and efficient in rectify our needs in professional manner. She is caring, patient, and goes above and beyond her duties. We love our apartment, appreciate her hard work, and facilities due to the fact that it is very quiet, clean, safe, and we have really nice neighbors.
