Tyler is always super professional and as efficient as possible!
Always had issues, noisy place, management is horrible, non communication, charges excessive move out fees. They charged me a $125 cleaning fee after I left the apartment CLEANER than when I moved in... I tried to contact them about it and No Response. But when THEIR system is having issues and im unable to pay online you can be sure they bombard you the day of. MY WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. *I did reach out directly via email and was ignored. Sent another one today.

I wanted to tour the place today and I had an awful experience, I can't imagine how it must be for residents. Actually I can imagine because a resident met me and complained about the office staff being rude and unresponsive. Usually the office staff will fake being nice to a potential resident to convince them to stay but the blonde lady there was super rude and awful; after making me stand outside for 30 minutes she comes and yell at me when I knocked because she's on a call. Run from this place. Horrible management. I had plans to move from my house in Fort Worth closer to work in Coppell, and rented an apartment here. Shortly after I moved in, the covid pandemic occurred and the real estate industry was put on hold. No one was looking to buy a home during this time. I financially could not afford rent and a mortgage payment, so I moved back into my house. I explained this to the management but it was like talking to the wall.
