Looks like the projects. They have some nerve to over charge for move in fees. There’s one lady in the office that’s rude and unprofessional. She had her whole kid in the office so she couldn’t get up and show an apartment. The apartment I was considering was not move in ready even though they said it was. It look like all they did was vacuum the carpet, which had a couple stains btw. Not worth it, go somewhere else like we did.
Staff is friendly and great management overall! Truly accommodating to your needs and requests.
I moved in last year and also renewed my lease for this year and its one of the best communities! They always take care of the residents. From veronica helping me in everything related to lease to Alex and his team helping me in workorders everything is great.
Veronica is the best manager for helping the tenants out in this apartment complex. She went out of her way to wait for my niece to move into her apartment. I appreciate her kindness, time, and her willingness to help in a time for me a desperate situation. I pray and hope all of your employees are kind and considerate as she is. Thank you Veronica for going the extra mile when we needed it most. You made my niece moving experience, a pleasant one! God bless you and your family. Francine
