Its been 6 months since i moved inn and never had any complaints. From move in process (taken care by Veronica) to maintenance never had any problems. Everything is always taken care. Last night i came home and saw water leaking from AC unit and called for emergency maintenance at 11:00 pm and Alex came in 30 min to fix it. I am very glad i found this community.
Had a walk in tour with Veronica on Saturday, her professionalism and positive attitude were truly appreciated, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. Although I did not lease she was very informative and gave me information on different sister properties CWS offers that might fit my needs
Enjoy living at Marquis at Perimeter, the staff is kind and we enjoy the community activities.
