Since no emergency maintenance showed up, I since went to the office myself. There is no maintenance on staff today. Veronica said she'd call him herself. I'll have to walk back down there soon. I came and tour the property and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. Overall ten out of ten experiences.
I just moved here from a not so great complex and let me just say what a breath of fresh air! Anastasia is amazing! She went above and beyond on my tour and helped me find the perfect unit for me. The unit is spacious and even has a massive patio! She genuinely cares about the residents and it shows. I’m very excited to live here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is a prime spot with easy access to 400 and Roswell RD. Thanks Anastasia for all your help!❤️

It's very important to mention that I've noticed a significant change in the maintenance service since Alejandro took over the management administration. Maintenance orders are handled immediately, performance is monitored after the repair, and needs are addressed immediately. This is in addition to the service, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire maintenance team. Thank you, Alejandro, and your dream team.
