I just recently moved in and I must say from start to now it’s been a smooth transition… from Anastasia in the front office (SO AMAZING I LOVE HER ENERGY SHES SO AMAZING) and the others that answer the phone … to the maintenance staff TOP TIER when I put those requests in they are getting the issue resolved ASAP and that is amazing. I greatly appreciate you all for making this move so smooth. I just hope n pray my stay is as enjoyable as these first few weeks have been.
Toured with Ms. Giles and she was very pleasant and informed about what the property had to offer and its amenities.
When I came in to view the property I met with Anastasia. Anastasia was very polite and professional. She answered every question I had made me feel very comfortable. I truly can’t say enough great things about my entire experience with this apartment community. From start to finish, everything has been seamless and exceeded my expectations. Anastasia had great customer service and The property was nice and clean. Anastasia was very helpful with the application process and made sure I fully understood everything. The apartments are spacious and clean and right up my alley with pricing. The property manager was very polite and knowledgeable about the property. I left out knowing I was in good hands. 10/10 customer service from Anastasia! Will recommend anyone to see her for all of your question/concerns.
