Very loud, poor managment Sure the location is great and it looks nice from the outside. But the walls and floors are so thin. You will hear everything. Including the music they play in the hallways all day which they are 'unable to turn down'(??) The people who manage this place have to be the least effective, most disappointing people I've ever encountered. I would never recommend this community again. It used to be lovely years ago but has quickly gone down hill with CWS managing it and countless office staff members turning over so fast we don’t know their names. Maintenance never fixes major problems and is ‘short staffed’ for over a year now as their constant excuse to any response. RecommendedThis a a beautiful community with southern charm located right next to the Bobby Jones golf course in Atlanta GA. The neighborhood is incredible, the people are friendly and there's tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The amenities are amazing! Highly recommend.
Update: This place keeps getting worse. I would give them zero stars if I could. They know their AC system doesn't work but they refuse to do anything to fix it. Terrible management I have been without air conditioning for over a week now. It's been 90 degrees every day. Every time I talk to them it's a different excuse as to why it's not getting fixed. Even when it was "working", I was getting power bills close to $200 a month for my small one-bedroom. I also asked them to make our package room more handicapped-accessible because my neighbor in a wheelchair had great difficulty opening the door and getting the packages off the shelves, but they of course did nothing.
