I would never recommend this community again. It used to be lovely years ago but has quickly gone down hill with CWS managing it and countless office staff members turning over so fast we don’t know their names. Maintenance never fixes major problems and is ‘short staffed’ for over a year now as their constant excuse to any response. RecommendedThis a a beautiful community with southern charm located right next to the Bobby Jones golf course in Atlanta GA. The neighborhood is incredible, the people are friendly and there's tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The amenities are amazing! Highly recommend.
Update: This place keeps getting worse. I would give them zero stars if I could. They know their AC system doesn't work but they refuse to do anything to fix it. I once again for the 7th time this summer have no A/C and they are taking several days to fix it. Avoid this place!!!!***I have been without air conditioning for over a week now. It's July. RecommendedI have lived at Marquis Buckhead for 3 years (it was The Jane at first). I highly recommend it. You can't beat the location, and the management is amazing. They do their best to accommodate anything you may need. What few maintenance calls I've had have been handled very quickly. If you are looking for an apartment in the south Buckhead area, this is the one.
