I’m approaching my second year as a resident at Marquis! I had such a great experience during my first year that I decided to renew for another, but this time in a different unit within the same building that had been vacant for some time. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the move-in condition of the new unit. Typical landlord DIY stories:/ My family and I have lived in these apartments for over a year now when we began noticing the grout falling off and exposing a thick layer of mold in our bath. It seems as if the maintenance team covered it up with caulking instead of taking care of the problem to ensure the wellbeing of future tenants. I reached out to them by setting up a maintenance appointment to which they didn’t show up to. Maintenance: ⭐️ IF* I could I would give it 0 stars.
