I can’t speak for others, but I have been living here for close to a year and have had a wonderful time. The management and maintenance staff are very polite and helpful. Special mention to Andrew, the Maintenance Manager — he has been very efficient in resolving problems and always explains things with a pleasant smile. I love living here; the pool and gym are always clean and well-maintained. I plan to continue living here and highly recommend this community.
Just moved in, and the maintenance team (Andrew and Dave) has been supportive - responsive and quick to resolve any issues!
Before moving in this apartment, i was alittle worried because of those bad reviews. But Marquis is pretty nice to live . Marquis offers an affordable rent and a parking fee to compare with other apartments. Also, the maintenance team is AWESOME! Since living here, i have requested alot of small things for maintenance and David and Andrew are very attentive and the most of maintenance tasks are usually completed within a day.
We had an issue, Andrew came and fixed it with a smile. We had another thing that we needed fixed, and he just did it quickly and efficiently! Actually goated.
Thank goodness I am moving out in May this place is disgusting. I have repeatedly contacted management regarding trash and pet waste in the hallways and have been told to contact maintenance to have it cleaned up. I also reported a specific incident where a man with two Pomeranian dogs allowed them to urinate all over the hallway and was told to follow the individual back to their unit to report back!
