This review is specifically for Andrew and the maintenance team. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. Maintenance is one of the most important parts of any apartment community. I appreciate all of their hard work and wanted to make sure they receive the recognition they deserve.

I want to give a big shoutout to the Marquis team for making my move back such a smooth and positive experience. Moving is never perfect—there are always a few bumps along the way—but what really matters is how those things are handled, and this team truly comes through. I can’t speak for others, but I have been living here for close to a year and have had a wonderful time. The management and maintenance staff are very polite and helpful. Special mention to Andrew, the Maintenance Manager — he has been very efficient in resolving problems and always explains things with a pleasant smile. I love living here; the pool and gym are always clean and well-maintained. I plan to continue living here and highly recommend this community.
