Marketplace Luxury Apartments – Downtown Minneapolis, MN We lived here for nearly 3 years and while the apartments are spacious with nice views, our overall experience was disappointing. Major issues: • Frequent plumbing problems on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. Almost every month, black drain water would back up in sinks, kitchen, and laundry areas—sometimes lasting over a week. I currently cannot recommend anyone live here. The views are nice, and the apartments are generously sized but that's where the positives end. Moved in on March 15th, and as of today, April 5th, we still don't have a working dishwasher. Our move-in experience was really terrible, our carpets are heavily stained in one bedroom, missing electrical plates, screen door off of the track and blowing against the balcony rails... I could go on. Avoid.
I lived here for 2+ years. I love the size of the rooms, the amenities and the rooftop views. However, what's the point of paying premium prices if they can't provide security for your property/guests? Due to the 2 incidents described below I decided to leave the building after my lease was over and they tried to force me to pay for my last month in full though I was leaving in the middle of the month. Came to deliver an order to this place and there was noone to buzz me in. I called the # that said “call if this is unattended’ so I did. The guy that answered was SO rude he literally cussed me out then spoke at me in his language. I have reported this as an unsafe plave for fellow dashers. As far these apartments - Get this man out of here. These apt looked lovely to be not greeted byt cussed out for coming to the door was scary and unsafe with how aggressive he was.
