Lisa, the office leasing manager is absolutely phenomenal! Front desk, staffer, all super friendly and helpful. I bet tony the maintenance supervisor we answered all of my questions! Lisa will goes over and beyond to show you kindness, compassion, and is very knowledgeable. James, Lisa and the whole team are simply amazing and to anyone reading this review please Come visit Marquette Place for yourself and definitely make this your next home!! It's beautiful, clean safe and everybody is so friendly.
I was at this place against my will and when I left I locked the door between me and my abuser and requested they call 911, HE REFUSED!! HE WOULD NOT HELP ME!! I WAS LOOKING IN DISTRESS KNOTS ON MY FOREHEAD ITS REDICKLIOUS REALLY!!! I really think someone should be held responsible for this situation here!!!
Specific shoutout to Nick at the concierge desk and Lisa from leasing. Ask for them for anything; they are the best. This building is amazing and the amenities are insane. Wish I could speak more on that part, but our stay was painfully brief. Lisa is DEFINITELY the person to ask for when leasing. She gave us a great deal AND held the apartment for much longer than they were supposed to so my wife and I could move into it. I currently cannot recommend anyone live here. The views are nice, and the apartments are generously sized but that's where the positives end. **Women and LGBT folx** please read the following! If you are looking for a secure building where visitors are announced, this is not the place for you. I know their website says they announce visitors, and I know there is a huge sign in the entryway that says they announce visitors...this is false. If you currently have an order of protection or party to a TRO etc, do not sign a leas... read more
