Updated apartment complex, fair prices and easy to keep clean! Management is responsive and helpful. Apartment was large enough for my roommate and I, and very cute (view of downtown is fun). Would recommend living here during your time at Marquette.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place for the 4 months I was there. The management was on top of everything, and very responsive if there was ever something they needed to attend to. Me and my roommate experienced no issues with the apartment. All the appliances worked well. Lots of space for storage in the apartment. Also, Carlito, the maintenance guy, was very attentive and could do just about any task. Not to mention a heated garage attached to the building which was super convent. Highly recommend this place!
Maintenance and management are very hard to get a hold of. They are not reliable. I have to ask a million times to get anything fixed and maintenance never comes at the time they say they will.
Heat included, good price compared to other stuff around campus. I liked the new flooring. Maintenance guy is the best and mgt. team make it all pretty easy. 10/10 would rent again
