My wife is an inpatient here. She has reported to me several times of a level of abuse from a nurse attending her. She’s asked to talk to patient services and has received no response back from the department. I personally called and demanded to speak to the nursing supervisor. I expressed the concerns given, and with an obvious attitude was told she would go down and talk to my wife. She never did. Stepping into lobby feel like a long assembling plant. Lack of human touch. Check-in people like acting robots with no personal touch, not looking at you and sour attitudes. I felt like not going there again. However, my Dr. was very professional and friendly.
