I cannot stress how lovely this apartment complex is. Clean, quiet, safe location and everyone is so friendly. You get what you pay for! Austin and Ana went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my unit as I was moving from out of state. They were kind enough to give me a virtual tour of the property, give suggestions for all the good food spots nearby, and hold my unit for a few weeks until my move in date. I don’t usually give reviews unless I get an exceptional experience. The carriage House part of Marquee uptown is a fabulous place to live with a great location. I’ve already lived there twice and I’m moving back for a third time. The upgrades are fantastic. The landscape is professional and maintained first class. We did our best to work around your hard circumstances, with the war in Ukraine and your family dynamic. We also have a responsibility to the owner and fair housing laws and must treat everyone by the same rules. We had a nice, comfortable and relaxing weekend here. The place was very pleasant and beautiful. It met our needs and was located close to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly and professional. Any concerns we had were handled in a quick and timely manner. We would love to come back another time.
Scammers! Horrible experience after living here for 1 year. Management (Rachael and Austin) have a big chip of the shoulder the second you move in and all locked in the contract. I didn’t have washer and dryer for two months while they were taking their time with repairs (they never reimbursed for that either). Community laundry room is down half the time. Fridge-broken.
