I normally don't leave reviews but how can I not after the exceptional experience I had with Anna. I have been apartment hunting for about 3 weeks before going there. My rating is only for the one woman who was working on the first weekend of June 2026. My friends and I stayed here through an AirBnB type of website. Everything was great but the instructions when leaving weren't clear. When we went to the office to make sure we left everything correctly that's when I noticed how she is. When we walked in you could see her sigh and feel her roll her eyes to people she was talking to. She then said she could follow us and let us out. I have lived here for close to a year now. The landscaping is a huge highlight of my experience here, as finding greenery in the middle of Houston is rare. The leasing office staff, Anna and Austin, are very friendly and genuinely care about each resident and their experience on the property. You cannot beat the location either, as Whole Foods and the Galleria are within walking distance. The floor plans are large, and the main window of the unit allows for plenty of daytime light.
I stopped by Saturday afternoon after getting off of work the view the property, I was really impressed with how well kept and quiet it was , Anna the assistant manager showed me the property and she was both professional and very knowledgeable as well as friendly also .. good job Anna .. you were awesome 👍
