Tanner is very responsive, but Kyle Collins, the owner, doesn't return or answer any of his phone calls. I left a message in the morning on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 8:50 am and received an email the same day at 11:45 am the same day, to which I promptly responded to and still have yet to hear back from Kyle. I had questions about my application denial and needed to hear back ASAP so I didn't miss out on another apartment. Tanner was very nice. Kyle only ever called me back once in the year and a half I was living there at 5430 Lauretta St Apt D. I had to just show up at their office once to talk to them. They communicate primarily through email but they have an email system set up so that you can't reply to the temporary email addresses after a few days. You'll notice there is no email on their website. They do reply to maintenance requests submitted through the portal, but things don't always get fixed quickly.
