Two different optometrists saw me here. The first one messed up my prescription so when my glasses came in, my vision was severely distorted. I had to return my set and wait over a week for another appointment to correct the prescription. The second time around, the optometrist was an older man and seemed irritated that I’d returned. Best Eye doctor in town! I've been with them for a long time. Went to someone else for a little bit, was not happy with them, they weren't friendly, never felt welcome there, they never scheduled your appointment. Marquardt Eye Assoc. has always been so friendly and welcoming to me, they are always happy and smiling, will help you out with everything and schedule your appointments! Always great customer service!!
Got in for appointment easily and responded to my initial communication promptly. Staff friendly and professional. Dr Petersen did my eye exam and was professional and very easy to talk to. I am from out of area and git right in fir an appointment. Have glasses right on site making it so easy to get prescription filled. Thank You.
