I've had a great experience at Marq West Seattle. The management is very professional and attentive - they're proud of their work. Good location, well kept apartments, considerate neighbors, and dog friendly. Would recommend. Edit Aug 2025 post move out: Marq has been great, but I did not appreciate the 10% rent increases both years I was here. Asking a 10% rent increase each year is excessive. I was able to negotiate my first year, but I shouldn't have to negotiate my way out of an excessive increase every year. Vote for re... read more
Me and my fur- baby moved here 2 months ago and we absolutely love the dog-run area in the back and the doggie bath/spa area.
I feel very comfortable with this apartment complex, the best I have lived in! Clean space and friendly staff!
Best apartment to live at. Super clean, staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to their residents. I love how safe I feel here with key fob access to get in every entrance and cameras in every area. The apartments are spacious and very modern. 10/10!!
This apartment has great views from the rooftop, large windows from our apartment, and high ceilings to really make it feel spacious. The parking garage feels safe and mail packages are secure via a locker system. Very close distance to groceries and other amenities as well!
