Love living here. Close to near by restraunts and grocery stores. 10 minutes from Alki which is a treat and the neighbors are super nice 👌
I’ve lived at the Marq for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. The highlight for me is the off lease dog park which gives my pup a place to run. It’s a nice 3rd space to meet other dog owners and I’ve connected with the community here and know my neighbors. Aaron from maintenance is fast to fix any problems and will even change light bulbs. Building is well maintained and safe.
I love living here! I have been here almost 6 years. The managers have always been wonderful - they respond fast, take their time to answer questions, and are the friendliest people. Aaron is the best maintenance manager - anytime something goes wrong he fixes it right away. There is a real community here. Some of my neighbors have become dear friends. I recently moved out of Marq West Seattle, and I wanted to take a moment to share what a great experience I had living there. The building itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and a great place to call home. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible maintenance manager, Aaron. Christian is an incredible property manager! I deeply appreciated the tour and opportunity to review a loft space today- I can tell that he cares a ton about his guests and was incredibly well informed in regards to the Seattle area. Really enjoyed the entire experience, and I can see why Marq West tenants really love this place!
