DON’T RENT HERE. The office does not try to help residents. If your car gets damaged by a visitor brought in by another resident they do not help in any way. They also let anyone park at the future resident spot although they claim a pass is needed but some cars don’t even have any kind of pass can park there. And office is closed all the time. We love living here--the facilities are nice and well-maintained and the location is perfect. Christian and Aaron are always friendly and responsive and even small issues get fixed almost immediately!
Update: I emailed the email address provided by Megan with CWS Customer Care on 10/10/24 and have yet to receive a response. I recently spent a week at the Marq Apartments and during my stay, I experienced several frustrating encounters related to parking that made me feel harassed. The first incident occurred when I parked in the future resident parking to unload groceries. Since there was no street parking available in front of the building and the nearest safe parking spot was two blocks away, I figured it was a reasonabl... read more
Erica and Christian made it so easy to get moved it. They made us feel right at home. The maintenance team does a great job of keeping the place in good condition. Love our little cozy home and great views from the rooftops.
I’ve been here a couple months and have no complains. Erica made the application process smooth. The building is well taken care of and I’ve been enjoying the rooftop and grills.
