Marq West is the best property I’ve ever lived at. The beautiful rooftop views of Seattle’s skyline is to die for. And most importantly, the property managers and leasers at this community go above and beyond to really be there for their residents and take care of them on a personal and professional level. Eddie, one of the leasers, is incredibly professional, kind, patient, and went above and beyond for me as he has for other residents as well. He makes my experience here at Marq West worthwhile.

After having moved in to the Marq in early June of this year; my boyfriend and I (and our cat) could not be happier with the decision. Mary and Kris in the office are incredibly nice, know everyone in the building by name and always make a point to check in and ask if we need anything. The building itself is beautifully maintained, always clean and has really nice amenities. I love having a gym on the roof so that I can run while looking out at the mountains. This community just keeps improving. I observe constant updates, Management intentionally make effort for residents to enjoy the atmosphere and do so many extras that many other buildings just don't. I make my own coffee but if i didn't get a chance to make a pot, its ready in our parking garage lobby, carpets are cleaned and areas are updated often in a proactive style.
