Location is convenient. Gym is fantastic. Maintenance is great now but was in constant transition for over a year causing delays, Office staff make a valiant effort to maximize their move out fees no matter how well maintained your unit is. Car was broken into and Lemond bike was stolen. Buildings were put together poorly with cheap products, so things will fall apart. Example, my bathroom mirror fell off the wall and shattered due to poor adhesive. I was left cleaning glass for days, mirror took 2 months to be replaced and ... read more

Moving out of Marq promenade, Sad to leave I really did enjoy living in my apartment. I loved everything about the unit, definitely will be coming back to lease here. maintenance was quick to do work orders and Patrick was amazing to work with. Over all great place!

I adore this community very much. Before moving here, I've lived in some nice apartments that were horribly managed and some rough apartments that were managed very well. Marq has both the beautiful apartment AND the great management. Location: it's wildly convenient for shopping, groceries, interstate access, and entertainment. It's far enough from Denver that it feels like a community while still being highly accessible.
