Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by Cassie, Patrick, Martin, and Kevin. This team is truly exceptional, consistently exceeding expectations in managing these apartments. It is evident that this team all have a genuine passion for their work. Cassie provided invaluable assistance, ensuring I felt at ease during the moving process since it was my very first apartment . Never have I been more disrespected by both staff and residents for patiently waiting to be seen... I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone for their behavior.
Patrick, the new manager, keeps us up to date on property maintenance, and he says hi to our pup every morning. Very personable and always around! Cassidy, the leasing consultant, has been the sweetest person! She always does the small things like saying hi to our dog or labels every package and organizes it in the package room. I think they both are working together really well and we appreciate all the new things they are trying like outdoor games, and Friday socials!
