My fiancé and I have lived here for almost a year now and it is by far the best apartment complex either of us have ever lived in. The apartments and amenities are new, modern, and clean. The gym, pool, and club house are amazing. The staff are the friendliest, most professional, and efficient I have ever seen in an apartment. Marq Promenade is an outstanding property to work with. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and always a pleasure to provide service for. Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by Cassie, Patrick, Martin, and Kevin. This team is truly exceptional, consistently exceeding expectations in managing these apartments.
