Marq Promenade is truly the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. Kevin and Jake on the maintenance team are so quick and responsive, and Patrick and Jacqueline in the leasing office are so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to get to know each and every resident. The community events are also a lot of fun, and I love meeting all the amazing residents. This apartment has been the apartment of my dreams!! Beautiful, fresh, luxurious, and just overall impressive! Me and my little dog are so happy, grateful and feel great here generally speaking. Jake and Kevin are so good at fixing everything so efficiently! Patrick is such a ray of sunshine-always pleasant and helpful. I never feel like a bother! The area, dog park, gym, pool etc etc. I’m so happy to be here!! Thx Jacqueline for the great tour and customer service!
