5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I live in this Marq31 apartment complex for the 3rd year, the fact of the continuation of the contract says a lot! This is the newest apartment complex equipped with everything for a comfortable life! the staff are friendly, responsive, manager Yris and her team constantly arrange events, dinners, meetings so that we get to know each other closer! Marq31 is a place where good neighbors, friendly staff, polite managers, a cool gym, a large pool with summer parties, beautiful and bright apartments
Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ starting with the leasing office. Staff is professional and goes the extra mile. The apartment homes are top of the line. You will move here and think you bought a condo. The amenities are a plus monthly events and yoga classes. They even have a spin room.
Very nice office staff, and nice property one of the best I have seen in Houston, would recommend anyone looking for an apt to move here.
