He is excellent at what he does, is quite knowledgeable and is able to translate his expertise in a manner that allows others to understand. Nenad Denovich represented the seller of a home purchase. He was not responsive and was dishonest. Through the purchasing process, he didn’t answer phone calls and never actually met me or my real estate agent in person. He simply never showed up. There were issues with the home that he agreed to fix, but nothing was addressed even though he had agreed in writing.
