First of all, I’m not in the business of leaving bad reviews, but this situation required badly one. Appointment for 9:45a for a regular cleaning. She kept me there for an hour waiting so I’ll need to charge her $75 for not keeping her appointment as she charges her customers. My time is at least the same valuable as hers if not much more.
