if i could rate this hospital zero stars i would! i will NEVER EVER reach out for this kind of help again and its fully because of the staff at this hospital. Its disgusting how they treat patients and i understand having no beds or having a hard day or blah blah blah but i fr hope everyone who works in the psych department explodes!
3/4 of the nurses and other staff including doctors are flat out rude and have bad bedside manners. Why join healthcare if you’re not gonna have a heart? Why is it you get to treat patients like garbage but us patients have to just take your treatment? But if we do it in return, we get tossed basically….
I will give them four stars only because the parking rates are ridiculous. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my mother’s visit there these past few days. Hospital is clean and most important they were attentive and found out results rather then just sending the patient home like welland hospital does. They didn’t rush her out the door and kept trying which is all one can ask for Thank you for everything you didn
