Agree with last review, we would love to build here but you almost have to build a base model with no upgrades and still may not appraise. Even then you’ll be the most expensive house in the neighborhood which is not exactly desired. We have removed so many things from our list of build choices it takes the joy out of it and doesn’t necessarily meet our original needs/wants. Also, we woke up today to find that the model base price went up $6k on the site so we would again need to give up something to offset.
