Very poor front office. Drove over an hour from work to appointment only to be told they don't take my insurance YET my insurance company states they do. Could they not have checked before Intook off of work early and drove there? The office manager, Sabrina, needs a training in how insurance verification is handled. **follow up-talked with my insurance company and Sabrina was wrong-the visit would have been covered at 100%....such a shame to lose 4 new patients!**
