Marlow’s Tavern is what happens when Chili’s gets a corporate job, buys a Peloton, and insists on calling burgers “craft.” It’s clean, polished, and trying very hard to impress—but you can still taste the chain restaurant roots under all that aioli and truffle dust. ⸻ We arrived at the restaurant and ordered a Caesar salad with blackened chicken. When the salad was served, the taste was awful—completely inedible. We returned it to the waitress, who came back a few minutes later from the kitchen and confirmed that the eggs in the salad were indeed not fresh. The restaurant manager did not come over to apologize, and in the end, we ate spoiled food—which they themselves admitted. Absolutely appalling!
