I ate at Marlow's Sunday night late at 10:30, I had the swordfish sandwhich off of those "Red, White, & Blue" menu. By 2:30am I was Vomiting severely.
Went to Sunday brunch & really enjoyed it. Had made to order omelets, various b'fast foods, shrimp & grits, beef au poivre. Server was enthusiastic & knowledgeable. Had an upscale pub feel. I'll be going back!
None of other placses can be compare around here.
Great atmosphere and design with the indoor outdoor bar. The food was very good while light on the serving size. Food 4. The Martinis were good although bordering on a light pour. Drinks 3. Our server was young and distracted. Service 2. The manager did stop by and explain the smallish serving sizes were correct but did fix the small portions. This may have been opening pains and it worth another try. This is a definite yes for drinks/appetizers.
We were really excited that a new restaurant came to our area. The food is good. The service when you finally get to sit, is really slow. We tried it twice, no more. Don't waste your money or more importantly, your time.
Just had lunch there with my wife. It was great, the specials (Ground Tenderloin soft tacos) and the Black and Blue burgers were delicious. The staff is extremely well trained and very attentive. I look forward to going back!
I am in town for business for several months and staying at the Doubletree connected to Marlows. I have eaten Lunch or Dinner here at least 3 or 4 times a week. I get something different everytime and every meal has been above average. The staff appreciates your business and goes out of the way to remember the "regulars". The upstairs deck is a great place to have a drink after work, watch a game, or for a casual date. Even If I wasn't stuck at the hotel I would go out of my way to have a meal and a drink at Marlows.
Great staff and atmosphere. Food is great and prices are very reasonable.
