Absolutely ridiculous wait for dinner. Over 35 minutes from the time the ordered was entered to when the kids lukewarm food made it's way to the table. Asked to see the manager, finally gave up on that happening. No comp on the food, no manager, no real apology, not coming back.

I love this place. Super cool atmosphere!!!!!!!!!!!
The food was fine, but the service at the Merchant's Walk Marlow's is the worst. We never had our water glasses filled the whole time, and the waitress wasn't attentive in the least. She also had a surly attitude for someone so young.

Except for one very bad experience with the service(racist waitress commented to other waitress about us being spanish,terrible service n attitude) it's always been a great time,service and food,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
