Paint on floor, all over my tub and faucet..did not prep walls.. (5) five doors peeled and had to be re painted WHICH I HELPED TO DO.. two walls were never painted. There are always "two sides" to every story. I am truly sorry that she feels this way, I wish it were not so. I have offered Ms. ********* a partial refund of money to help her find another contractor to fix everything that I could not get right. Marlowe's We Care Company does great work, but in this scenario, Marlowe's was not a good fit for this customer.
When the work started, the understanding was that it would be accomplished promptly, but it took a very long time because there was only 1 person. Even after we voiced our concerns that the work was taking many days, they didn't have anyone to send over consistently to speed up the work. The single person who was working on the walls also did his own electric, but what we didn't realize was that he wasn't a licensed electrician and nothing he did was up to code. I would not recommend, ripped my mother off, she paid to have bamboo cut and remove. They cut and left it. then wanted ****** more to remove.

Our contract was very clearly written and signed. We offered all kinds of addition services which she declined until she settled on our just cutting it down and nothing else. All this was addressed before we even started.

T cost over $5,000. To get my back yard graded and sod done! Finished end of June. Not happy with results. It’s only August and my grass looks horrible!!When I called to complain I got the runaround! So many dead patches of grass. Will never recommend your company. Dean Marlowe was ok but can’t get in touch with him. Salesman Scott never returns my calls. Just fed up!!!
