I bought my explorer less than a month ago and so far I've had it back in their shop 4 times for brake problems. I'm getting ready to pick it up AGAIN for the same problem and it better be fixed!!! I was also told that they aren't going to fix a belt that is squealing that was squealing when I test drove it! Guess I should've known better and went somewhere else. If you want a dealership to take care of a customer, DONT BUY HERE!!!!!

We shopped online and found the perfect car here, even greater pricing...they believe in selling quality vehicles at a lower price to deal in volume rather than huge commissions which save us literally over $3000 than other similar cars at other dealerships. Frank was our salesperson and wasn't pushy at all. Our experience here was the best we've ever had in our 30 years of buying vehicles. (And we drove 65 miles to get there. � worth it!)
