I only have experience working with Marlo on the buyer side and wow.. what a gem. He went above and beyond to get me into contract on a property that was supposed to be a slam dunk. Unfortunately my funding fell through and we were not able to move forward. Marlo did everything in his power to keep the deal alive including negotiating a further discount. In the end, it didn't work out but Marlo's thorough approach had to be mentioned. I look forward to working with him again!
