She was rude to me from the start. I wasn’t too concerned as long as we could figure out what was going on or at least go through the process. However, she did 1 test, sent me a message with results and then tossed me to the side. Even when I had follow-up questions she was not concerned. I was so shocked by the level of care received by this specific specialist that I switched my care and followed up with someone new.
