Good e-mail communication. Richard was courteous and stayed well past closing hours, allowing me enough time to inspect and test drive a Honda Pilot that I was interested in. For that, I rate his business 3 stars. However, the vehicle had too many problems and when I pointed them out, he said he had been unaware of them. For example, when I asked if he had been aware of 3 cylinder misfires, he answered he does not scan his cars for codes. Thank you for posting a review regarding how we are doing. I explained that we do not scan the vehicles unless there is a check engine light. The light came on during the customer's prep/inspection of the vehicle. The car had never thrown a code during transport or any other time so there was no reason to scan the vehicle. It was unfortunate that we did not have what you wanted, however, all the best in your vehicle shopping. Thanks.
The owners Richard and Carrie were very helpful. They showed me different options and were upfront about the vehicles they own.

I had a great experience with Marley’s Auto Sales. I had been reviewing their inventory online for a while, and went to the dealer to test drive a few of my picks. I called ahead, and the cars I told them I would like to test drive were all lined up, ready to drive, as soon as I arrived. I went on a couple test drives, picked my favorite, and actually got financed for a car loan!! There was a price over 6,000.00 on the car. He told me there was a leak that had to be fixed first. Didnt feel Honesty in the transaction!

There was a sticker in the car of $6191. As soon as the customer advised different price listed online, the sticker was removed as this was an error. Mistakes will happen and our error was cared for immediately. I am sorry the customer did not feel the honesty in a transaction that was immediately corrected and all defects shared prior to any further conversation.
