Dr Marley took such wonderful care of me. Im used to being the nurse so being a patient was a change and scary. I had been sick for 4 weeks and Aultman Hospital completely missed my gallbladder infection and misdiagnosed it. In the meantime I just became more ill. Dr Marley squeezed me in his tight schedule and all of his staff went above and beyond to help me with scheduling, FMLA, helping me detour a 4-6 hr ER wait. I have been a patient of Dr. Marley's for over 10 years. I have fibrous breasts and after my mammograms I see Dr. Marley for a physical exam of my breasts. He has always made me feel comfortable and he sincerely seems to care about my concerns and spends time listening to me and answering all my questions. His office staff is excellent, especially Kathy Lukity in the breast clinic. I would highly recommend Dr. Marley.
Very unprofessional, exam room had trash overflowing, dirt on all the walls, sink was dirty, appeared to be blood on the wall near trash can. I felt as if he felt I was just another patient. I did not feel comfortable at all at any time. I wasn't seen until almost 45 mins after my scheduled appointment.
