Dr desena overdosed my 4.5 pound puppy on 6-17-2020.. she already had a rabies shot in April and he had her full record. He has seen her for many puppy visits and she never had a heart arrhythmia until the overdose day... he never showed concern or apologized. He charged me for his error . And she spent another day there for ekg and heart xrays and labs because of his errors....my poor puppy . Dr folkart at park place vet is now caring for her. I have turned this vet into the Board of Veterinary Medicine today 6-25-2020.
These folks are amazing & helped me give my beloved ferret Princess Mononoke more time on this earth. Mad respect & love to this skilled team 💞
No absolutely Not. The staff are unprofessional and rude and nothing is confidential. I highly reccomend Cheshire Animal Hospital or Troy vet. They are compassionate and very professional and kind.
No I do not. Before I brought my bird in to have an exam I was told by one of their staff members that if the Vet. did discover a problem that the Vet. would not be able to treat the bird due to his lack of expertise. Now why would I pay you $60.00 for an exam and diagnosis only to be told that there is nothing you can do ? Very sad that the State of New Hampshire lets you get away with this...my bird needed immediate attention and I was told that I would have to wait until late next week to have the bird seen..luckily I did... read more
