Probably one of my favorite places I've lived. The staff was wonderful, the view was great, and the finishes were really cool. Has a great old world charm to it.

I've lived here for ~5 years and can say its been one of my favorite communities in all of my many apartment-living experiences. 1. Great location! First hill is a little more residential and park-like than other parts of the city. 2. The building is really beautiful. Its an historic building and retains a lot of that historical elegant aesthetic. 3. My husband and I were lucky enough to live at this beautiful apartment for 6 years before we moved to another city. Their location is certainly great, short walk to the major hospitals in downtown Seattle, businesses, restaurants, shopping and Capitol Hill. The building has been beautifully updated even though the original building was built in 1920's. Short walk to the Benaroya Hall and the Seattle Town Hall was also a major plus for me! I have lived at The Marlborough for over 6yrs and the building management is truly the best. the units are nicely updated, sophisticated, and stylish. If you love old world charm and urban living this is the place. They just don't make things like used to..

Property managers are fantastic and friendly, and the building is in the perfect location for Seattle.
