DISCLAIMER: I came here for a tour, I do not currently rent here but I must say I love the tall ceilings in these apartments and the different floor plans and open concepts. Very beautiful building at an affordable price too. Don’t sleep on these apartments!
In July, we will have been in this apartment for 9 years. Aside from the good price for a neat Baltimore apartment, the next best thing is Assistant Property Manager Michael Jeffcoat. I have had the pleasure of having Michael in my community for over a year. He is available often, but if not is guaranteed to respond quickly. He is THE BEST at getting things done. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE LITERALLY ANY OTHER OPTION. The sole reason this is not a 1 star review is because of Lamont and Anthony (service techs). I will also give kudos to Diamond and Michael, who are very warm and welcoming. These four individuals are incredibly pleasant, kind, and helpful. THERE ARE NO OTHER POSITIVES, and I really did try my best to come up with them. I love living here...been a resident for 4 years now.... The management team is Great always there to assist with an issues or concerns... When ever in need of Maintenance it is handled... I Love the fact that they're Friendly and acknowledge any concerns we may have as Residents and they show appreciation to us as Residents...
