RAT INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! RATS!!! RATS! Rats!!! RATS!. I have been displaced going on two weeks. Contractors have stolen things out of my home, stole my food from my fridge, used and broke my shower, let my sickly and blind dog out into rat infested apartment after I had him locked in the bathroom and they were told not to enter. Awesome
I lived here up until Fall 2023, and I have to say that the staff here was very welcoming and helpful throughout my year or so here. Maintenance was relatively helpful, didn't encounter many issues related to the building itself. However, there were a handful of homeless people that would roam around right outside the Redwood St. buildings which we never felt great about. Overall a solid place, glad to call it my first apartment.
