Dr. Li is very professional and really cares about your patient needs. She is direct and honest which I appreciate. Willing to work through my complex health care needs.
I find Dr. Li professional, but warm and caring. I would never describe her as arrogant as a previous reviewer did; quite the contrary. I have an undiagnosed condition and instead of being dismissive Dr. Li has gone above and beyond to keep testing and is always happy to listen and figure things out, suggest specialists if necessary, etc.. Dr. Li is great, she was recommended by a friend and coworker. She took the time to listen to my needs. She followed up on my labs in a prompt manner even though they were normal. I appreciated her patience and her professionalism.
Arrogant and poor bedside manners. Not recommended!
