Judy is not a good service. During the time I was waiting for my car, she never called me once. Even after the car was repaired, she didn't notify me either. In the end, I had to call the front desk to inquire and then I found out that my car had already been repaired.
For a recall repair. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was responsible. Entrance was neat and spacious and easily accessible.
Just bought a c8 htc from Kenny SHI easy to communicate and get the work done, love the car and service definitely will comeback if I need another car.
After sales service weak. I have contacted my salesperson numerous times and still don't have what i need. Vehicle came with no GPS and major recall not serviced
