LD Just plain terrible! Innacurative and very slow appraisals, sloppy work. If you want a Clermont County Jeweler you have it. Demanded CASH for an item that was misrepesented and we will see if they make it right. You want quality Jewelry go to a big city with a long established reputation. Sorry, but not happy at all and would never go back! If you want a watch, for example go somewhere else. Gold items appraised at 20% less that 36 years ago....something wrong with that.

Markus also sells unique designs and performs repairs on your fine and heirloom jewelry. Markus jewelers work is very fine and detailed. His work is also very reasonably priced. You can not go wrong by entrusting Markus with your jewelry.
Best "Old Fashioned" Jeweler I have used Markus Jewelers for 15 years. Love them. They do all our repairs. Each Christmas my husband gets there help to buy me something special :) Great people, caring and precise. Take all the time you need to help you with repairs and new purchases. Love them!

Wonderful jeweler! They repaired a very special ring for me and did an excellent job! I called after hours expecting to leave a message about when I planned to stop in to pick up my ring when the owner answered and offered to stay a little longer at the shop so I could pick up my ring the same day! Their customer service is clearly top notch!! I highly recommend!!
