Update: adding the mechanic's note. He was so appalled by the state of the car we'd been sold that he summed up his 4-page report in 2 sentences: "Due to the state of the rear end of the vehicle and how rotted it is we are recommending at this time that the vehicle be totaled. A repair to this area would not be sufficient to make the vehicle safe to operate on Massachusetts roads." Since the subframe isn't visible unless you partially disassemble the suspension - enough to look at the cv axle, for instance - it passed inspec... read more

We (me and my neice) were thrilled to get a car from a shop with such great reviews. Tirns out that our experience has been disastrous. There was a serious problem that came to light once we started putting mileage on the car. Bill (who owns the place) shined us on & on, in an obvious effort to run out the Lemon Law. We had a few repairs done that just showed more and more impacts from this stupid failure.
