you want good pork then here is the place. Check out the German sausage it is delicious and the smoking is awesome. The packaging is so great I can see what I am pulling out of freezer.

We purchased 1/2 side of beef which was processed at Mark's. The fat on the steaks should have been trimmed a lot more and the cut is questionable. We weren't happy with the packaging either. We didn't have a choice where the processing took place, but you can be sure we won't purchase from here again.
