Doctor was very professional and I felt she truly care about me.
I could not wait to get to my car to write this review! This Dr is the most patient and kind provider EVER! Her knowledge, her warmth, and her patience is indescribable! Her staff made sure to check on me after waiting a while and she was thorough in explaining the entire procedure!
The front desk was rude to me and my husband I went there to ask for information as a new patient and she was giving me an attitude. I never meet Dr. Marks but she seems welcoming and nice just wish the front desk was nice.
Dr. Marks is phenomenal! Brilliant, courteous, sympathetic, empathetic, attentive, collaborative, enthusiastic. A medical professional who feels like your personal advocate whatever the issue. A true gem of a doctor!
I want to start off by saying Dr. Marks is an amazing doctor! She is knowledgeable and takes care of her patients. When I went to her I felt comfortable. The only reason I am changing my review is because her staff billed my insurance incorrectly and were not willing to fix it once billed. My insurance had to conduct multiple calls to see if they could rectify this issue but never received a response. I ended up just paying it to avoid the hassle but make sure that the nurses and staff know to bill you correctly!
Horrible communication exchange, no confirmations of appointments, inability to reach anyone in the office. As if the office is non existent
I have met a lot of good doctors, but Doctor Marks was truly born to be a doctor. She is beautiful, smart and very stunning woman. She loves her patients and she pays attention to the care, involve the patient in their own care, and she offers her shoulder for her patients to cry on. I am blessed to meet such a wonderful Doctor in my life times. I know our world will be a better place if we have at most doctors like her. I had the most amazing experience. Dr. Marks is by far the best Doctor that I have ever had. She is very attentive, informative, and more importantly empathetic. Me and my husband had a horrible experience with doctors before Dr.Marks. She changed not only my experience around but she made everything so much easier for us. She is one of a kind and highly recommended.

I’m only 20 years so this was the second time I’ve ever been to the gyno, but the first time with her. 15/10 would recommend! She was awesome!! The sweetest ever, made sure she made me feel super comfortable, answered everything thoroughly and didn’t rush through the appointment. She set the bar super high for future gynos!
