I've been seeing Dr Mark's for over 15 years and not once in all those years did he not have fantastic attitude and always made me laugh and that's not easy to do when you're having your prostate checked!! His staff especially is nurse is absolutely incredible. All his staff are friendly and super helpful... but Dr Mark's is an awesome doctor that makes a tough office visit ?? great!!
I was a patient for many years and had no issues w/the Dr. But the last 3 visits he was disrespectful, condencending and just did not give a d**n! Please, if you are miserable for whatever is happening in your life, don't take it on your patients. Maybe is time your leave your practice. I gave him 3 chances and that's two too many.

I've been a patient of Dr Marks for at least 16 years. He's the best. His office is extremely well organized, the personnel courteous & proficient at their jobs, & Dr Marks is thorough in his exams & answers all questions.
One of the best. Diagnosed a kidney stone blockage and surgically removed it within a few days. A really great Doctor, been seeing him for years.
Dr Marks saw me (without an appointment) the same day I was diagnosed with having a large kidney stone by an urgent care doctor. His office is friendly and professional. Dr Marks ended up having to do lazer surgery. His skill and bedside manner is amazing. If you're lucky enough to have him in your insurance plan, look no further. You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Marks is professional with a good sense of humor. The office staff is kind and helpful and every visit I was taken on time or earlier!
A few years ago he gave me a cystoscopy with no local anesthesia. If there was an anesthesia then he didn't give it time to work because he was too busy at the time. The office visit before this a spokesperson for erectile dysfunction tried to sell me on pills, etc. and I didn't even have a ED problem. I didn't care for the "sell-job." The office is old and looks run down.
Worst experience! He did a cytoscopy without numbing the area and the procedure was extremely painful. Very poor bedside manor while I was experiencing significant pain. I have a new urologist and the differerence is night and day with quality of care and professionalism.
