First time coming to this office. Dr. Marks from start-finish couldn't have been more professional, competent, very pleasant, engaged. Felt like a truly thorough appointment. All my questions & concerns were more than sufficiently answered. Left there feeling much more at ease..His assistant was great (forget her name) & overall office staff were very good too. Clean, spacious office. Highly recommend!
After reading the reviews further, there is a reason why over 20 percent are one star. It seems he was very good in his day, but that day has come and gone in my opinion. He at times is very curt, rude, and unwilling to answer questions. Always seems stressed. Never relax and comfortable with a patient. Decision making skills appear to be lacking as well. Not friendly to his patients or staff.Further, in my opinion, needs to go to charm school and remember why he’s doing this.
This guy is a disgrace to the medical field. I gave detailed accounts of all the things I've been through, and this guy has the NERVE to say "it might be in your head" before even examining me. He didn't read the chart, didn't want to listen, and was rude the whole time. Turns out i was in remission, now my symptoms are coming back, but I refuse to go back to this guy. Thanks for nothing, narcissist.
I cannot recommend Dr. Marks enough. Dr. Marks is not only extremely proficient at what he does, but he is also very personable. He provided excellent care, and made sure I understood each step of my treatment plan. His staff was also friendly and tremendously helpful in coordinating my care. 10/10!
I have seen this doctor for over the last 30 years . He is amazing and knowledgeable, solved my problems with a lot of kidney stones and testicular cancer, and he is Dr for my brother and father as well…… too if the top doctor…..
I have seen him for 20 years. If you don’t like your current doctor. Go see dr marks. , thorough and informative. Great manner about him.
Dr Marks came out to the waiting room at 910 and said I’m sorry surgery made me late but don’t worry I’ll catch up! What doc has ever done that? I’m impressed he’s so earth bound and cares. Wish he was my PCP.
Dr Marks is an excellent doctor, very professional along with his assisting nurse. However, the blonde nurse who did a gynecological exam on my first visit was not professional in her bedside manner. Doubt if that exam was really necessary for urology.
Dr Marks took GREAT care of my mom. I will always love him. Betty is in heaven now due to old age, Thank you Dr Marks
