My New shop! I was so tired of the run around and the expense of taking my car to the dealership, but upon speaking with a sales guy at the dealership (I won't say which one :-), I promised), he actually told me to see Mark because I could get the same quality workmanship, original parts, for about half the price he was quoting me. Awesome service!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for excellent customer service and spot on diagnosis and repairs. I trust Mark and his crew with all my repairs. Awesome service!!!!!!! I am a single female and I know I can always trust the mechanics at all of the Mark's Japanese European shops. I researched a lot of shops before I took my Toyota their shop in Bellevue. I have the utmost respect for Mark and his crew. They have high standards and are a very ethical and reputable company. Keep looking Mark's Japanese has 4 locations now (plus a transmission business). I've been to the Redmond and Kirkland locations with my vehicles. Mark's direct mail has a very genuine "I'm on your side" message, proclaiming "No Lattes, No Marble Floors, No Flat Screens", so I assumed I'd save money and get good quality and service. Do not go to this shop!!!!!!! I am a single female that took my E55 AMG Mercedes to this shop to get my B service. When they told me that I needed to replace my brake pads, rotors, and sensors, I did not believe them because I had just had them inspected a few months prior. They insisted that they should be changed and then I asked to see the pads for myself. When I did, there was at least 50% room left on my pads. I asked why they would say I needed them replaced.
