Working with marks home care is a nightmare, will not pay for overtime work,try to tell you you did not clock in or out and will not pay you even whe you send your suppose miss clock in on paper.they know how to cheat the system to benefit themselves. Just wondering if they think they will be able to get away.foget about speaking to a coordinator they leave you on the line until it hang up. 🤔
I just visited their office in Jamaica in the open hours. A lady was working in the desk but the door was closed. I just had a question about an insurance and how to proceed with a change of agency. She wouldn’t even open the door to talk to me and said few words outside from the door while I can bearly hear her speaking. The level of customer satisfaction is very poor. They don’t even pick up the call and put in hold indefinitely. It clear to me that they are not in need for customers business.
