I initially had a positive experience with Mark’s Home Care through the CDPAP program, which encouraged us to switch from PPL to their regular PCA service. That decision turned out to be a complete disaster. What followed was a chaotic, stressful experience that no family should have to endure when trying to care for a loved one.
