I called and left a message for Mark as a new customer who failed inspection on a 2017 BMW X3 and needed a tie rod replacement. I got a call back and was able to drop off my car the very next day and had it fixed and passed inspection with no issues. Appointments at BMW dealerships were one and a half to two weeks out at the time. I definitely will return to Mark's European automotive!!

I have owned 5 VW's/ Audi's over the years and am very familiar with the maintenance schedules as well as pricing, do some of the work myself, but prefer to have a professional do most things. Just bought a 2013 A4, brought it to Mark to have it gone through and have a loud humming on the highway looked at ( I assumed wheel bearings ). He went through everything, did some standard maintenance items (Front brakes, plugs, filters, oil etc.) and let me know that it is in fact the tires that need replacing, not wheel bearings. There is no guessing at MEC. Mark is a straight shooter.. saab breaks down, mark diagnosed the problem. Day later issue resolved. I'm on the road again. thank you mark.
