This happened to my brother and my niece, 2 of the nicest people you could meet. My brother posted what is below with a pic of the business. I cannot believe this place is still in business. A friend of mine lost her husband in a accident Saturday. The vehicle was towed by this company. My dad went and picked the vehicle up for her today. They marked on the reciept that it should have been a $390 bill. I drive a tow truck for a living and know this was not true. Per SC Hwy Patrol, the maximum tow charge is $232, plus $36 a day storage, starting after 12 hours. With that said, the maximum they could have charged was $232 plus 2 days storage ($72). I called to politely ask for some help reconciling a bill. I just needed to know what work he did. He was remarkably rude and unprofessional. I cannot imagine dealing with customers that way.
I was in an accident my car was totaled out I didnt have a towing company in mind so the police called Mark's. When my insurance asked me to get all my belongings out and my tags I went to Mark's. I arrived at 830 am and Talked to mark and told him i was there to clean out my car and retrieve my plates. Mark and Nick have been my family's mechanics for over 5 years. Mark has fair prices and they do great work. I couldn't recommend them enough. I really appreciate them.
While getting an oil change at another company (because I had a coupon), I was told that I needed repairs on my car totaling $315. I immediately called Mark and took my car in. I was informed by Mark that my car was fine and did not need any work done to it. I have found over the years that this company is very trustworthy and fair. I highly recommend them.
